Southampton Culture Club for Kids: May Half Term Adventures!

Event Information

Join us on an adventure this half term at our Culture Club for kids! Across the three days we will find out about adventures past and present on land and on the high seas! Led by our experienced team of educators, children will explore the past, experience the museum and gallery and make really cool things.  Whether you want to create your own artwork or put on a pirate shadow puppet show, your young person will have an enjoyable and fulfilling week.

Tuesday is a Wild Adventure, with art inspired by the wildest of wild creatures – plus a visit from the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust

Wednesday is a Highwayman Adventure, as we delve into the dastardly deeds of these treacherous rogues and make some snazzy props and accessories to boot.

Thursday is ships all the way as we explore Adventures on the High Seas, exploring the museum together and making nautical inspired sculptures and more.

You can book a single day, or book all three to receive a discount.

These workshops are based at SeaCity but we will, on occasion, also visit the Art Gallery. Please drop off at 8.45am and collect from SeaCity main entrance at 4pm. A registration form will need to be completed. Please complete the form at least one working day in advance. If you make a booking after this time you will need to complete a form upon arrival.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event of our having to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund. Unfortunately tickets are otherwise non-refundable. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend for any reason.
