Event Information

The sinking of RMS Lancastria is Britain’s worst maritime disaster but remains largely unknown. Join Becky Sharp, the great-granddaughter of one of the disaster’s victims, to discover to the story of World War Two’s forgotten tragedy and its legacy.

This online talk is part of Armed Forces Day 2026. When you order your ticket you will sent a link to the Zoom meeting.

Although the talk is free, it is essential to book a ticket because spaces are limited. If you find you’re not able to attend this talk after making your booking, please contact us to let us know.
