Pottery Painting: Spring Ceramics with Amy Morris

Event Information

Join New Forest ceramic artist Amy Morris to spend some mindful time painting and glazing pre fired Easter ceramic decorations ready to decorate your home or give as gifts. Unusually there is no limit on the number of pieces you can decorate.. Under Amy’s guidance you will use underglaze colours and different techniques to enhance and decorate hanging decorations. Amy will then glaze fire the resulting pieces and deliver them back for collection within two weeks. No previous experience is required and all are welcome.

About the artist: Amy studied Art at the University of Exeter and specialised in ceramics. As well as running her own Pottery classes and producing her own beautiful hand build ceramics in her garden studio, Amy is now part of our learning team and delivers workshops for us at SeaCity Museum, Tudor House & Garden and Southampton City Art Gallery.
