Talk: ‘Fair is foul, and foul is fair’ – The History of Witches in 5 Myths

29 October 2023 @ 14:00 - 15:00

Event Information

Join historian Becky Sharp this Halloween to discover the history of witches and explore five common myths commonly associated with them. Were all witches women, and did they all have a black cat? Were all convicted witches burned at the sake? Join us at Tudor House to find out!
Our prices are based on helping as many people to access our talks as possible. The more you choose to pay, the more people will be able to come and enjoy the same excellent programme of informative and entertaining talks. We thank you for any additional support you are able to offer us.
In the unlikely event of our having to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund. Unfortunately tickets are otherwise non-refundable. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend for any reason.
