Art Talk with Verity Babbs: A Short History of Street Art in Zones of Conflict – graffiti’s role in asserting territory, boosting morale, and self-actualising

10 February 2024 @ 14:30 - 15:30

Event Information

Join us to explore the role art can play in zones of conflict as part of our programme of relaxed and informal art talks.

Verity Babbs is a Southampton-based art historian, critic, and presenter. She hosts Voice FM’s weekly ‘Arts & Culture Show’ and runs art-themed comedy night ‘Art Laughs’.

This event will last around an hour, including time for questions and discussion.

Our prices are based on helping as many people to access our talks as possible. The more you choose to pay, the more people will be able to come and enjoy the same excellent programme of informative and entertaining talks. We thank you for any additional support you are able to offer us.

In the unlikely event of our having to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund. Unfortunately tickets are otherwise non-refundable. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend for any reason.
