In this workshop we will work on giving your sketches depth and distance by using and breaking the rules of perspective. Perspective is a tool to make our 2D sketches look three dimensional. But it does not have to be an ‘exact science’. We will review the basics of perspective and then explore exaggerating and bending perspective to create lively and dynamic sketches when you are drawing on location.
All materials are provided but feel free to bring any media you enjoy working with and your sketchbook if you like. These sessions are suitable for beginners and designed for adults, but younger learners are welcome if accompanied by a paying adult.
