Event Information
A lovely, creative activity where you learn how to make a selection of beautiful and unique decorations using willow withies led by artist Jacquie from Willow and Crafts. You will be introduced to the art of willow weaving and learn how to manitpulate the withies to create items such as small wreaths, stars, Christmas trees and more.
You will discover different weaving patterns, learn to shape the willow and incorporate additional elements like ribbons and baubles to enhance your decorations. Whether you’re a beginner or have some crafting experience, this workshop is a great opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and leave with beautiful handmade decorations to adorn your home.
This workshop will begin at 10:15am and finish at 4.15pm, tickets are £50 per person.
Refreshments tools and materials are included, please feel free to bring your own lunch or order your meal from the cafe.
Please note that you will be using a lot of fine hand twisting and pulling movements during this activity.
