UV Screen Printing with Yu Zhang

Event Information

Discover the creative process of screen printing in this hands-on workshop. Create your own design and learn how to build and prepare a simple printing screen step by step, before transforming your ideas into print.

Experiment with colour, shape and composition, and experience the process from initial design through to printing. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have created your own unique screen-prints to take home, with an option of printing a canvas tote bag too! No previous experience is needed – just bring your creativity!

This workshop combines traditional stencil mesh screening with special inks that dry instantly under ultraviolet (UV) light.
